At The Oriental, my goal is for every diner to travel to Thailand through their senses. We use authentic ingredients and techniques passed down through generations, always respecting the essence of our cuisine. Cooking here is sharing a piece of my home with each guest.
Our culinary offering at the Hotel Botánico is an invitation to discover the world through gastronomy, where each restaurant offers a unique experience, but at The Oriental you will find the soul of Thailand in its purest and most elegant form.

Restaurant hours:
- Closed: Sunday and Monday.
- Summer: 19:00h - 23:00h.
- Winter: 18:30h - 22:30h.
- Restaurant dress code: We kindly request that gentlemen wear long trousers for dinner.
- Please note that during the week of September 14, closing times will be modified: The restaurant will be closed Tuesday 15.09 and 16.09.2026.
**Please note that on December 24 and 31 our Restaurants will remain closed to host our Christmas Eve Dinner and New Year's Eve Gala.
